About Duova LLC and how we operate
A registered digital studio working with clients in Singapore and beyond on web development, e-commerce, mobile apps and UX/UI design.
A delivery studio, not an account layer
The people who scope your project are the people who design and build it. That is a structural choice rather than a promise, and it shapes everything downstream: what a scope says, who answers your questions, and how quickly a decision turns into working software.
When there is no account layer between you and the build, the scope has to carry the whole agreement. Ours list deliverables, exclusions, and the things we need from your side before a milestone can close. That is why our scopes tend to be specific about what is included: the document is doing the job a project manager would otherwise improvise.
Duova LLC operates as Webu in client conversations. Same entity, same registration number, same team at the table.
Based in Tbilisi, working with Singapore
Our registered address is 40 Zhuli Shartava St, Tbilisi, Georgia. The client base is concentrated in Singapore, where we work with SMEs moving online for the first time and with enterprise teams that need defined modules delivered inside an existing platform.
Working across that distance means we are deliberate about written communication. Scopes, decisions and change requests are documented in the project thread, because a five-hour time difference punishes vagueness. If a decision is not written down, it is not decided.
Our ProcessFour lines, usually combined
Most engagements combine two or more of these. That is the point: design decisions and build decisions made by the same team do not drift apart between a Figma file and a release.
We will take a single-line engagement too, including front-end development from someone else's designs or UX/UI work that your own developers implement. A one-line project still gets a written scope, a staging environment and a documented handover.
Standards we hold ourselves to
These are the working rules on every engagement, from the first call to the weeks after launch.
Scopes written first
Deliverables and client-side dependencies are listed before work starts, so nobody discovers a missing decision halfway through a milestone.
Staging live early
A staging environment goes up before the design is finished, so you review real screens instead of screenshots.
Handover is part of the job
Design files, component documentation and an admin walkthrough ship with the project. They are not billed as extras after launch.
Post-launch fixes included
Bug fixes in the weeks after launch are covered. We do not bill for a fix that stems from our own build.
No invented metrics
We will not quote conversion improvements or user numbers we cannot evidence, and we do not publish client logos without written permission. If you ask what results a project produced, you get the measured figures, the parts we did not measure, and the context for both.
That restraint costs us some sales conversations. It also means the numbers in a proposal are ones we can stand behind when the project is delivered.
Written first, calls when it matters
Singapore clients get overlap hours in the morning and afternoon, and every active project gets a weekly written update. Calls happen when a decision needs more than a paragraph: a scope change, a design trade-off, a launch date under pressure.

Invoiced against a signed scope
Projects are invoiced by bank transfer against a signed scope. There is no online card processing on this site, no checkout and no payment gateway: you approve the scope, we invoice, work begins when the transfer clears. Retainers are billed monthly against an agreed hour block, and unused hours do not roll over indefinitely.
Discovery and UX/UI design are quoted separately from development. A project can stop after design if that is where the budget ends, and you keep the files either way: wireframes, interface systems and documentation are yours from the day they are delivered.
What we are not
We are not a staffing agency, a paid media shop or a template reseller. We do not offer round-the-clock support contracts.
Where a request falls outside what we do well, we will refer you to someone better placed for it or decline rather than stretch. That keeps the scope honest on both sides.
The numbers in a proposal are ones we can stand behind.
